Tour Prices

Prices are subject to adjustment in the changes in Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT inclusive where applicable. Tour prices do not include telephone calls, personal laundry, beverages, gratuities, any excursions not specified and any other items of a personal nature unless actually specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. No adjustment will be made once full pre-payment has been received.

How to book

A 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation. Final payment is required not later than six weeks prior to departure.

Liability

Bloemtoer, their directors, employees and agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person. On any claim all parties shall agree to submit to the law and jurisdiction of South Africa.

Insurance

Passengers should ensure that they have comprehensive insurance before travelling covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal baggage, money, etc.
