These are my nephews, Darrell (left) and Thomas. Darrell was born exactly one week after I shipped to boot camp. Thomas was born on the same day that I was celebrating a friend's birthday, so I went to see him in the hospital as a prelude to the festivities. This picture was taken when they were at the 1999 Edwards Air Force Base Airshow. Thomas loves airplanes and if he continues this passion, will probably grow up to be a pilot. You know he'll be a Marine Corps pilot! |  |
