From now on short term stay for up to 3 persons in the south room are possible. The apartment is also available completely (updated 07/25//04).
A walk from the Rialto-Bridge to the St. Marco Square hardly takes you twenty minutes. About on the middle, but off the stream of tourist however, you'll find the fourth largest square of the city. The apartment is situated in an old venetian house you enter from a lane only a few steps away. In summer there's usually a light wind going over the aged roofs of the city. When the weather is clear you can see the alps behind the church of "Santissimi Giovanni e Paolo".

Two rooms of each about twenty square meters size are connected by a lounge, from which you enter the kitchen, the bathroom and the north terrace. Stepping out on the sun terrace from the south room, you see the tower of San Marco to your right. To the naples originated song "Santa Lucia" - a song that is preferably performed on the gondolas which pull along on the close by channel - to "Santa Lucia" (this miserably catchy tune) you'll get accustomed to already after a few days.
The apartement is in good condition. The heating and the hot water system works reliably. Clean linnens and towels are supplied. The sofa in the south room can be unfolded to a further bed.

Applies to the complete Apartment: Lodging a maximum of four persons for a minimum of three nights is possible. The south room can be occupied by three and also for shorter time.
