About me

I'm a 27 year-old environmental geologist, currently residing in Riverside, California. I moved here from Burlington, Vermont (not counting the 6 months in Baltimore in-between) where I was pursuing a MS degree focusing on storm frequency in Vermont over the past 13,000 years. I pretty much lived and breathed geology for a non-living during the 2.5 years I was there, but what can I say, I love science and I had a great time. You can read all about my research on my academic web page at UVM — or if you are really interested, you can borrow my 265-page thesis from the UVM library! I imagine it would be a very boring read for anyone who is not a geologist. Graduation photos!
