There are a lot of infos for youth (15-30 yrs old).To build up your resume,*this applies to canadians only* you can also go to your local HRDC office. Or if you are still at college / university, there is a free service that is offered and they can help you build up or improve your resume.
Make sure that you are ready when you go to your interview. Take info of the company you are applying to, make sure you have the required years of experience in customer service, that you are legally aged and have the right to work in the country you live in. Because airlines serve alcohol, you have to be in the legal age, depending on the country , state you live in, to serve beverages. Companies require that you have to be in good health conditions because it may not look like this but it is sometimes tough physically and mentally because of pushing heavy trolleys, jetlag, recycled air, standing up for a long time, etc... Living at 30 000 feet is not the same as being in an office, you are more physically active.
Ensure that your resume is not more than 2 pages, try to put together the same related work experiences to gain some space. It has to be easy to read and straight to the main important qualities that you have to "sell". Put a phone # where you can be reach easily. No mispellings, mistakes should appear on your resume!
