These pictures were taken at the CRP and in its surroundings in February 1995 when an unusual amount of snow covered the city for around a week.
On the left you have the main building of the CRP Henri Tudor. And on the right, in the background the low building is in fact the olympic swimming pool (real nice place).
These are pictures of a quite particular phenomenon. We had during several days both fog and freezing temperatures. The consequence was a completely white landscape and trees collapsing under ice.
Now that is the view I have from my office in the evening. Nice isn't it ?
