Embrace the convergent evolution of humanity and technology.

Encourage accelerated memetic recombination.

Create spaces that can relate to the "real" world (meatspace) on equal terms.

Question authority : We are members of a distributed, virtual state and will not submit without question.

Environmental semantics : The self draws meaning from context.

Identity : We are more than a switch in a network of influences.

Precedent - structure - continuity : construct something.

ITERATION 3

We are POLIS, makers of Worlds.

The time for Committees is passed. Meaningful consensus can only come through memetic transmission (communication).

All is mutable, change is inevitable and welcome.

We call on all who read these words to wake up from their sleep. Neither yearning for a halcyon past, half remembered, or dreaming of an impossible future are acceptable. Stand up and be counted. You ARE the future, no one else will change it for you.

We will sing of the Urban experience, the Body Electric, sodium and neon will light our way.

We are the Dei ex Machina of our virtual spaces.

We will glorify technology and its ability to free the human spirit. Machines have set us free, yet still we squander our time.

There will be no censorship. You are blessed with free will, do not be enslaved by the moral majority, use your own judgement.

We will exalt in the power of the sign, in all its many forms.

The new world we create will be read - in text, image and sound, context and juxtaposition. Signs upon signs yielding untold interlaced narratives. A constant flux.

We will translate our visions using whatever media we see fit. We will be the Heralds of the New Reality, a reality born of mind.
