"Le Pantane" is a nice country house at only 50 kms from Rome.
It's a farmhouse on two floors , with a big garden and 40.000 square meters of land (cultivation of olive trees).
The landscape is very pleasant (similar to Tuscany) and there are many small historical towns to visit.
The nearest town (Castelnuovo di Farfa) is only 2 kms far.

Description of the house

On the ground floor there is a room with a double bed (approx 25 square meters), a storeroom and the bathroom (outside the apartment, on the back side of the house) ; on the second floor there is the kitchen and a big dining room , here there is enough space to add a single bed, a folding bed or another double bed if needed

There are two fireplaces, one on the ground floor and the other in the kitchen

Le Pantane is connected to Rome with a line of buses that will take you to Passo Corese ; from there a train is available to go to the center of Rome
