Subject: Rainbow Chaser

I am sorry to report that I was unable to get radio contact with Rainbow Chaser again this evening. Besides trying on our scheduled frequency of 12.356 MHz, I tried on the radio schedule/frequencies use for Pegasus (In the 6 MHz band). I had given Gene this schedule via E-mail prior their departure from Isla Mujeres.

No radio contact with Pegasus again.

There is lots of white noise or line noise on the 12 MHz band. I did not hear many vessels clearly there.

Again the weather is good for everything except sailing in the area that they are estimated to be. I have attached the forecast for that part of the Gulf of Mexico.

We will try again tomorrow.
