The "pousada" (little typical "lodge") offers the opportunity to stay quietly, having 16 rooms, simple but with private toilet and douche. Rooms are structured like bungalows with individual verandah, they are around a garden always giving the opportunity to relax in an "amaca" (hammock) in the shadow of the biggest and oldest "caju" trees of Jericoacoara.

There is also a nice rest area (partially covered) with satellite television, a "kiosk" with a roof made of coconut-tree leaves, bar, and simple but typical restaurant.

Everything is very close to the sea but also in the part of the "city" with best ventilation. Everything inside a very characteristic building (see photos) with the entrance, bar and rest area made stone-only (putting each stone on the other without any cement), with wood columns (made of "carnauba"). The bungalows instead are normal-wall made for better comfort.

With very good prices for bed and breakfast in double room! Discount possible for long-term and supplementary bed. Possibility of half or full board.

This "pousada" also offers the possibility to organize tours in the beautiful surroundings (going on foot, with a horse, by dune-buggy, etc.).

If someone wants to go Jericoacoara - Fortaleza all by the seaside it's possible to ask for it in the "pousada".
