Small potatoes cooked with Corriander seeds and red wine. Meat can also be
used.
Ingredients
20 very small potatoes 1 - 2 cm long
whole Corriander seeds
red wine
chopped parsely
salt / pepper
olive oil (optional)
Cooking Time
Approx 40 minutes.

Method
Wash and dry the potatoes. Then put them in the cloth and using a
hammer smash them until flat.
Put a little olive oil in a sauce pan with a lid. Fry the potatoes
on both sides until golden brown. Add the slightly ground corriander
and stir further.
Add a few tablespoons of red wine to the mixture and cover with the
lid until the potatoes soften.
Add the salt and pepper if desired. Sprinkle with the parsely and
serve with salad and kebabs.
