Whalers I come across!

I saw this Whaler in Ocean City Maryland, don't know anything about it, other than it is a Revenge 19 with an Inboard. I asked the marina owners about it, but they said they have not seen the owner in about 2-3 years, and that it swamped and needs a new engine. Anybody know about Whalers with Inboards?
