I monitor closely all market, technological, financial and regulatory developments behind the convergence of wireless telecommunications, and the Internet. I have an extensive background in business planning & analysis and I experienced the market liberalization of voice and data services here in the United States and in Europe.

During the last fifteen years, I have been involved in international business development, M&A, corporate strategy, competitor analysis, market research, marketing management (segmentation, retention), market analysis and forecasting, strategic planning and competitive pricing. Inaddition to the mentioned above, I am experienced in sales support, analysis & reporting, sales channel cost, provision analysis and database design.

I believe that the upcoming 3G revolution will be explosive primarely in: North America, Europe, Japan, Latin America, & Rest of Asia. The demand for 3G is expected to be significantly high in consumer and business markets. Although entertainment will be a significant factor, B2C and B2B will also have a great opportunity for service providers.

Note: I predict that the transition from 2G to 3G will be slow.  U.S. carriers want to explore 2.5G applications before they jump into 3G.   That way they can maximize their existing networks and therefore avoid costly upgrades.

I have the ability to identify business issues & link to company strategy; a proven ability to build relationships with both clients and internally with colleagues; an entrepreneurial mindset; a self starter able to work with minimal supervision; strong interpersonal skills with an impact-making presence; travel is not an issue.

My primary focus is in wireless telecommunications and data communications including broadcasting, transmission, receiving, networking, and microwave communications. Some of my markets include CATV, satellite, and cellular.

As a marketing professional, my focus is to support marketing assignments with end users, OEM's, carriers (CLEC, ILEC, RBOC, ISP, WSP, etc.)
