There is a choice of accommodation:

San Moscato:
Roomy Tuscan stone farmhouse, accommodating up to 9 in 3 bedrooms. 

Moscatino:
Self-contained stone 'chestnut dryer' barn converted 2004. 
One-up, one-down, accommodating a couple plus one other person. 
Both properties have use of large garden area and pool (installed 2008).

Rates (2009):

July & August & 1st half Sept. weeks: San Moscato £710, Moscatino £450;

June, 2nd half Sept. & October weeks: San Moscato £610, Moscatino £360;

Other weeks: San Moscato £510, Moscatino  £300.  

Daily rates available; payment may be made in Euros; discount of £100/wk (high season) £50/wk (other times) on San Moscato for parties of 5 or fewer.

Price includes linen & weekly cleaning; services.   Central heating is extra if used.
