Flambe al Tavolo is the collective name for those dishes that are cooked right at your table  with "fireworks"!
Filetto al Pepe is sizzling strips of Beef and green Bell  peppers.
Medaglioni: Beef Medallion cooked with Chianti the fruity Italian red wine.
Gamberroni is when the Shrimp gets 'drunk' on Vodka and catches fire...Superb!
Served with home made Tagliatelle pasta.
