Freshly Home made Pasta dishes come with the variety of wellknown and loved sauces which had all been prepeared with fresh organic herbs. (Oriella  grows them in her backyard)
Gnocchi stands for 'dumplings' made with potatoes and and wheat flour.
Ravioli are pretty l square shaped pasta 'pillows' filled with beef or cheese covered with sauce.
Lasagna is large square pasta layered with white sauce, ground beef and tomato sauce topped with cheese than baked in the oven.
Linguine al Pesto is an other vegetarian favorite. Thin pasta with a sauce made of fresh Basil, Pine nuts, Olive Oil and Parmezan  cheese.Very Tasty!
Ask Michele to explain to you what the different sauces are made of ( but, sorry he will not tell you about the Tarroni Family's secret ingredients which make the tasting  of these dishes a very special culinary experience.)

Risotto is rice cooked with a variety of  ingredients together.

is with seafood,  Vegetarian's favorite Funghi comes with mushrooms, and the Formaggi is cooked with 3 kinds of Italian Cheese.
