You can leave the living room in the front via the sash-windows to the terrace, where you can relax and sunbathe the whole day, while the kids are playing in the garden. Garden furniture is available in your shed next to the house. Finally, there are also a telephone, a televisionset, a childrens bed and a childrens chair.

At Duinpark Het Kustlicht, a restaurant, a cafe and a snack-corner are at your service. There's a playground for children, and in the near future a swimming pool, facilities to play tennis or squash, a health-club and a 9-holes golf-link. Besides this you can rent a poltercar.
 
The former isle of Walcheren, at which Zoutelande is located, offers a lot more besides beaches. Water recreation, like sailing, golf- and windsurfing, diving or fishing can be practiced and when the weather is bad you can have fun at the covered super 'swimming paradise' De Parel. In Zoutelande one can rent a bike, a special walking track through the dunes leads to Vlissingen (Flushing). All the villages, towns and polderlands of Walcheren are shown in miniature at Miniatuur Walcheren in Middelburg. The most important attraction one shouldn't miss, are the Delta-Expo and the Deltaworks where the permanent battle of the Dutch against the sea is shown.
