Ever been to one of those parties where you don't know anyone and you have absolutely no clue what to say? (If not, then you've been blessed thus far.) Now, let's pick up this entire situation and set it down in a magical land that we call Spain. Even worse! Screw the idea of having an *excuse* not to talk... isn't it even better to knwo that you can awkwardly shuffle about and look stupid, just like the natives? See, where would you be without me? hello... hola... Nice party. Es una fiesta buena. Wow! You have a great house! ¡Mecachis! Tienes una casa muy buena. Who are all of these people? ¿Quienes son todas estas personas? No, no. I'm waiting for some friends. Estoy esparando para unos amigos. Where are they? ¿Dónde estàn? Whoa. Those are some elborate ice sculptures. Mecachis. Estos están unas esculturas de hielo muy elaborado. Mmm. I like this song. Mmm. Me gusta esta canción. You want to dance? ¿Quieras bailar? Oh, no, it's great that you're married. No, no, es muy bien que estás casada. I wish I was married. Deseo que estuviera casado. Actually, I'm pretty lonely. Actualmente, estoy demansiado solo y triste. I do have three cats. Es ciertoque tengo tres gatos. Where's the bar? ¿Dónde está el bar? I'll have a Martini, please. Quiero pedir una martini, por favor. Make that a tripple. Hacerlo una triple. Shaken, not stirred. Hahaha. That was a joke. *cough* Sacudido, no conmovado. Jajaja. Fue una chiste. *tos* So. What do you do for a living? Así. ¿Que hisistes para ganarse la vida? Ohhh, a bartender. That makes sense. Ooh, un cantienero. Se explicia esto. So. Así. Well. Pues. Where's the bathroom? ¿Dónde está el baño? I should be going home. Debo estar yendo a la casa. What's the number for a cab? ¿Que es el numero de telefóno para un taxi?

Special thanks to Special Meghan, language goddess of them all. With all of our brainpower, we couldn't think of a better translation for "So" than "Asi". Oh well.
