I met one person from Botswana ever, he was a nice guy and I like to extrapolate. By all accounts
its one of the stablest countries in the region due I'm sure to many factors : Low population density,
good mineral resources, few ethnic divisions (over 90% are Tswana) are just the couple I know about.
I'm looking forward to the canoe safari on the Okavango Delta. Afer doing geography in school, I'd
really like to know how a delta gets to form inland.
After Botswana, I head north for Zimbabwe and up towards home. For those of you not following this in sequence, I'll have been in Zambia before this. Bonus Question: What tense is "will have been" ? How did I get on in Botswana? Check out Episode 9 for details. |
