No matter how many amenities we point out for our house, which surely is the best equipped in all Puerto Vallarta, our best amenitie and the one not many houses can achieve no matter how much money they have, is the our beachfront.         In all Puerto Vallarta there must be only 10 houses which are on the beach of this 10 only  about 5 are for rent, of this 5 only 3 are max. 5 minutes from downtown, and of this 3 only Casa Paty has the beach 15ft from the pool.          Believe us there is nothing more comfortable than  taking two steps down from your pool into the beach, and to continue  enjoying all the amenities that Casa Paty has to offer.
