As you enter the lobby one of the first things you see is this wonderful chandelier. What a work of art!
The lobby itself is full of comfortable oversized and overstuffed furniture. I am yet to run into a long line at check-in or out, and the desk staff have always been very helpful. Check-in time is 3pm for the Inns, 4pm for the Villas. Check-out is 11am (note: no late check-out for the villas).

At check-in you will receive your Resort Identification Cards. These are VERY important, they identify you as a guest, let you into your room and outside doors at the BW. They can also be used as a room charge for shopping and dining, and your park passes. As you can well imagine you do not want to lose this one! If however you do lose it, they can make a new one but expect to have to show an picture id along with new pass everytime you use it. If you arrive early you may check-in and have your luggage stored. Cold storage is also available for groceries.
