    IRC-Hispano

    This network it's dynamic and new servers are joining often. There are four bots, CHaN, NiCK and MeMo, (to some of you might ring a bell if you have been chatting at DALNET, chanserv, nickserv, memoserv.....) and the fourth bot SHaDoW is just that, a shadow as nobody has clear what its function is, but is just there to prevent take-overs and other jerk's paraphernalia.

    All you can count on is the spanish version unless you do have a look at same tutorials at DaLNeT so for the moment, I just put links to the original spanish tutorial.

    The bot for Service of all channels is
    CHaN
    The bot for registration of nicks or NickServ is
    NiCK
    The bot for Service of messages is
    MeMo
    and then....there is the BoT for channel registration called:
    CReG

    The servers at the irc-hispano.org network are called:     gaia (argo); ganimedes (bbs.eui); aire (catalunya); europa (ctv); andromeda (encomix); saturno (ergos); venus (inode); polaris (jet); jupiter (lleida); pegasus (milenium); marte (minorisa); mercurio (mundivia); pluton (parser); pulsar (redestb); sirius (servicom).   You can enter through any of them (hopefully!!!) setting up your script with (name.irc-hispano.org) (Port: 6667)

        Avoid flooding channel.
        Avoid repeating paragraphs or lines.
        Avoid advertising other channels.

        Avoid sending virus or trojans.
        Avoid sending non requested files.
        Avoid insults.
        Avoid being a lamer.


    In fact, they are all basic rules of behaviour so as to make friends at chat which is the main thing we are all here for. Make friends better than enemies should be the main rule.
