GINZA


Ginza locates in the central Tokyo and has been regarded as the representation of Japanese shopping town. Many shopping streets in other towns in Japan are named 'Ginza'.

Many expensive boutique locates along the streets. Age span of Ginza is older than western shopping center, Shibuya and Shinjuku.






Hattori clock shop building built in 1932 is symbol of Ginza street, rare old building in Tokyo, where most buildings are rebuilt in quite short period.



Ginza street is open for pedestrians in weekends without car traffic, called pedestrians heaven.
