Connection between Tohoku Shinkansen and conventional branch line is usually well organised. You have only to wait for several minutes when transferring trains. To Akita and Yamagata (Shinjo), Komachi (Tokyo - Akita) and Tsubasa (Tokyo - Shinjo) go direct from Shinkansen to conventional line, so you do not have to change trains. |
