The YFIC
We are kids in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade at A.T. Mahan Elementary School in Iceland. (We created this site in 1999) Our parents work on the NATO base in Keflavik. We are making this page so that you can know about Iceland, in case you come here too. First we thought of questions you might want to know. Then we looked up information about Iceland. We picked out our favorites. We drew pictures of Keiko and volcanoes and other things. We thought up and wrote answers to the questions. Everybody did something on the computer too. Some kids took pictures with the digital camera, and some used the scanner to put our drawings on the computer. We had fun and we hope that you enjoy the web page.
