First is my dog. Her name is Carie (short for Caribe which is spanish for Caribbean) and she is a domino cocker spaniel with one blue eye and one brown eye. She was born March 1st, 1997 in Miami, Florida and is the absolute best dog in existence! The blonde Cocker Spaniel next to Carie is her adopted sister named CC whom my ex wife still has.
Next is my boat. It's a Sea Ray, Sea Rayder F-14 jet boat which I've named "Island Time" which is the time zone I find myself in on a regular basis. With LOTS of help from a friend, the motor was just completely rebuilt. She is in pristine condition and caries a dash mounted GPS so as not to get lost and a boom box on which to play my Jimmy Buffett CDs. She is white with teal graphics and flies an ensign of the United States and a Jolly Roger. Back in the good life we could be found hanging out on the sand bar at Elliot Key.
Last comes me and my story. I'm a 35 year old guy living in Richmond, Virginia with my dog. I moved up here from Miami, Florida in October of 1999 and have been separated since December 1st of 1998 and now officially divorced since July tenth of this year (2000). I'm medically retired (but am now considering going back to work) and love being outdoors as long as it's warm. I had a "doctor induced" stroke in July of 1996 and am as back to normal as I'll ever get. I look the same but am partially paralyzed on my entire left side and right eye. I walk with a cane and can't drive so well but other than that I'm completely normal (or as "normal" as I ever was! 8-} ). I stay as active as possible and do most things I used to with the exception of jogging.
I'm a MAJOR parrot head (Jimmy Buffett fan) and I listen to his music mostly as well as salsa and merengue. My all time favorite thing in this world is to be on salt water in a warm climate on a boat.
