THE GRAND CANYON
We arrived in the Grand Canyon after 10pm in mid-October. It was not very warm at night, but the days were perfect for a hike. We were lazy and decided against a hike into the canyon. Something that I would have liked to have done was go see the water falls on the Havasupi reservation. It is a long drive there and would take about 3 days and 2 nights to really enjoy. You have to park your car 10 miles from the camp ground and hike in. The hike to the water falls is 9 miles round trip. The parks service at the Grand Canyon has a flyer that explains all that. There is a fee to enter the reservation, and a fee to camp there. If you have been there, tell me about it and send some pictures. Unfortunately I don't have many pictures of the Grand Canyon. If you have some, feel free to submit them. These pictures were taken on the south rim.
