A Little History:

I was born and raised in small town Illinois, and joined the US Air Force which took me to Selfridge AFB near Detroit, MI.  After getting discharged from the AF I took a position with federal civil service and made it a career, taking an early retirement in Oct. of 1994. I am single (divorced).  I then moved to Tampa, FL where I lived for 2 years, then 3 years in the Northwest area of Phoenix, AZ.  I  spent about a year and a half back in the Detroit area but couldn't stand the winter.  In 2002 I bought an RV to see how I liked that lifestyle. Obviously, I love it as I am now living full time in a new Sunnybrook that I took delivery on in Oct. 02. I am now roaming the US until cold weather takes me back to the Phoenix, AZ area.

I have a son, Chuck (follow this link), who lives in Warren, MI and  a sister who lives with her husband  in Champaign, IL.  My mother  lived in a nursing home in  Cobden, IL until her death in Feb 00.  My father was killed  in WW II when an ammunition  ship (USS Mt.Hood), on which  he was serving, exploded.
