What if your cat getting too fat ???

Now, your cat weight more than 6 Kg, what should you do about it?

She can't even run anymore.

Well, first off course  a strict diet, but however getting heavy is not only because of the diet, lack of activity would also makes a cat heavy. So, what you really should do is give it more activity like playing with a new toy and stuff. Maybe giving it a new friend would also helpfull, this cat lost nearly 1 Kg after having a new friend. Playing and taking care of a new friend gives the cat new activity that may reduce it's weight. Since she's 11 years old now, she doesn't really enjoy playing, and she doesn't like to be touch either. She always complains when anyone disturb her. As settled independent mature cat, I guess she likes to be left alone and do wathever she likes without any disturbance.
