1991.2 일리에스코 중국방문-우호적 협력관계 유지, 각 도시별 중국과 자매결연

 

3)대 헝가리

두 번째로 큰 헝가리 도시는 루마니아 부카레스트, 양국 관계개선은 루마니아내 헝가리 민족 처우개선에 달려 있음

 

4)대 몰도바

혁명후 꾸준히 민간단체 통일추진했으나 몰도바 잔류선택
