             Since October 99 :

 

                              Telecom transmission test engineer dedicated to international export for Alcatel Submarine Networks.

                                      

                                       Responsible for the installation, test and commissioning of Alcatel 1664 SM ADMs, WDM terminals ( Submarine Line Terminal Equipment OAL W40 : n*2.5 Gbit/s) and DWDM terminals ( Submarine Line Terminal Equipment OAL W64 : n*10Gbits/s)

                                      

                                       It includes also the use of Alcatel SDH Telecommunication Management Network System (TMN) 1353 SH and 1354 SN for the supervision and management for the Network Elements.

                                      

                                       - From January 2001 to July 2001: On site representative of Alcatel Submarine Networks in Makaha (HI USA) for the Japan-US project. Responsibilities includes:

           

-    Management of the station and insurance of the relationship between Alcatel and customer.

-    Supervision of all the tests in the station, commissioning and network commissioning of phase1(2.5Gbits/s submarine equipments and ADMs) , installation, acceptance and commissioning of phase2 (10Gbits/s)

 

- From November 2000 to January 2001 : Responsible on the Laywatch of undersea cable on the FLAG ATLANTIC project. ( Long Island north station NY USA)

 

- From August 2000 to November 2000 : Tester on the Atlantis project for the upgrade operation (upgrading from 2 to 8 wavelengths on 2.5Gbits/s). Las Toninas Cable Station, Argentina.

 

- From May to July 2000 : Tester in Makaha cable station (HI USA) on the Japan-US project.

 

- From February to May 2000 : Tester in Brookhaven (NY USA) on the MAC project.

 

- From November 1999 to January 2000 : Tester on terrestrials projects for 9Telecom and France Telecom with the 1686 WDM.

                              

            May 99- Oct. 99 :

 

                              Measurement engineer for Alcatel Submarine Networks

                                        Responsible of splices on optical component and quality insurance of

                                        those splices.
