On this page, we're going to explore the different and more colorful airlines from around the world. Many
airlines that fly around the globe have colorful and interesting paint schemes as well as histories; unless
you happen to be an airliner/airline buff, you may not have heard of some of these carriers. I have tried
to bring to you some of the less-known carriers to illustrate to you the magnitude to air transport throughout
the globe.  Each carrier listed has a link to their website on the text introducing each airline.

AIR SEYCHELLES

Air Seychelles has one of the cleanest and eye-pleasing
paint livieries of any airline I've ever seen. They are the
national flag carrier of the Repbulic of Seychelles, which
is an island nation in the Indian Ocean, described by more
than one visitor as "Heaven on Earth".

BRAATHENS S.A.F.E.

Braathens S.A.F.E. is a domestic airline of Norway. They are part of the
KLM/Northwest Airlines Worldwide Alliance and have recently changed
their name to just Braathens (dropping the S.A.F.E. moniker). Their
English version website is under construction, and will be ready soon.

PANAGRA (Pan American-Grace Airways)

Panagra (Pan American-Grace Airways) was

founded by Juan Trippe of Pan American Airways and William Grace,

to initially carry mail from the southern United States (Miami) to points in South America. It grew to be a
respected airline for passengers, mail and freight throughout South America. Panagra was purchased by
Braniff International Airways in 1968. A smaller charter version of Panagra has since begun flying.

AIR TRANSAT

Air Transat conducts operations as a charter airline from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The bulk of their
operations centers on Canada-to-warm climate destinations such as Florida, and points in the Carribean.
Their fleet consists of the Airbus A330, Boeing 757,  Lockheed L-1011, and Boeing 737, among others.

SOUTH AFRICAN AIRWAYS

As its name quite obviously suggests, South African
Airways is the national flag carrier of South Africa.
