Our Story...

Our Founder- Eric Hoe C.H.B.Eng, M.Sc

Eric Hoe Airways was founded in Hong Kong. Its founder Eric Hoe, was born in Hong Kong in January, 1979. He went through primary education in Hong Kong at a well known local school. Subsequently he was then educated in Clifton College of Bristol, United Kingdom. He spent seven years there before moving on to further education. His intense enthusiasm in aviation related subjects has led him in pursuit of his thirst for knowledge in the area of aviation and engineering. Enrolling at Kingston University of London in 1997, there he read an Aerospace Engineering Degree and completing in 2002 with a Masters degree in Advanced Manufacturing Systems.

The Company,

Eric Hoe Airways'chief aim is to search in the quest of expanding our miniature model fleet. Our fleet is a wide spectrum of aircraft collection that stretches from the very early days of flight till present, ranging from military aircraft to civilian airliners. The fleet is represented in majority 1:72, 1:48, 1:200, 1:400 and 1:500 scale models. Currently there are already over 300 plus aircraft in our fleet.

Tomorrow and Beyond...

Since our humble beginnings, our scope has expanded from various subjects that are the core values of Eric Hoe Airways. However, We are planning to expand our reach into further afield, into areas where previously not covered in our trek. Currently we have added into our fleet miniature ships and automobiles. This dramatic break form the core culture of our company does not reflect any changes in our mission. It only diversifies our scope into farther areas of miniature models, fully encompassing the eternal spirit of collecting!
