My 'Learning to Fly' Stint in PERTH, Australia was a real eye opener for me. Things are so different overseas. The easy going lifestyle, the graceful people, and the most wonderful land and cityscape, really a more than a feast to my eyes, mind and soul. Everything is beautiful. from a standing lighthouse to the blue blue sky to the ever undaunted sea breeze, to the ever so beautiful Cottlesoe sunset to the cityscape twilight over King's Park to the most adorable ever so colorful toddlers by Hillary's beach... below are just a nibble of what Perth is, as from my 'eye' Pentax Z-70.
This shot in Cottlesloe was taken right after a stormy afternoon, when the sun retires into the horizon.
I was really enchanted by the beauty of Rottnest Island. Thumbs up for the preservation effort. While looking for a lunch point after our bike trail, we stumbled upon this jetty where gulls and crabs find home down under.
This is really my favorite hang out at Rous Head. Nice place to enjoy a view of passing sailboats, cruzing seabirds and have the wind massage your face. Its red, white and blue, always.
A shot of Rottnest's Lighthouse up on a hilltop. Perching high on the hill, we see another abandoned hill station in a distance.
