heh-heh! No, honestly, we know it sounds stupid, but 'cos of what we do and how hectic it is, we have to eat healthy food.

B is for...Bottom!
We're always getting our bums out. We always muck about a show them. And Hannah is always pinching people's bums. In fact we could go on about that all day.

C is for...Cabs
It's a real nightmare 'cos there's seven of us, and whenever we're going somewhere it takes ages organize! It's a bit like a military operation, everything has to be planned ages upfront.

D is for...Dolphins!
We swan with them in the first video and that was brilliant-apart from Jo, as she is not to keen on the water! They're really lovely animals and intelligent.

E is for...Energy
We all got huge amounts of energy but Hannah's got the most of it. Hannah is non-stop.

F is for...Flatulence!
'Cos we always trump! Yeah, our tour bus smells like rotten eggs. We're not embarrassed to pass wind in front of each other. Better out then in.

G is for...G-Strings
'Cos every time we go to America the girls go into Victoria's Secret and buy loads of them.

H is for...Horny
But let's get one thing straight, we're not horny for each other! Just hungry most of the time-ya, hungry for love.

I is for...Interesting
S club has loads of different projects coming up soon. We've been offered a flim which will be happening next year.

J is for...Jo & Jon
'cos their members of S Club 7.

K is for...Kicking
Lots of the tracks on the cd are pretty kicking. Ones like S Club Party and Gonna Change The World. They're are the ones you can really kick out when you sing them live!

L is for...Love
'cos we really love being in S Club 7. We also love each other. In a friendly kind of way.

M is for...Miami
Because that's where we filmed the show.

N is for...Naughty
We can all be a little naughty sometimes. But we're just messing around.

O is for...Oprah Winfrey
In about ten years from now will all be on the show. What will be the topic? It will be about work exhaustion.

P is for...People
'Cos we travel all around the world and meet and speak to other people. It's one of the coolest things about being in S Club 7. We met some really nice people.

Q is for...Quirky
That's what we are. Bradley is the quirkiest. Why? We just can't explain it, he just is.

R is for...Rude
We're all kind of rude in our own way but Jon is probably the rudest. Oh, and Jo's rude too. Not as in a horrible way but as a flirty rude?!?!?

S is for...Surpises
The biggest surprise was hitting number one!!!!!

T is for...Talk
'Cos we don't stop. We're always talking. But when Jon and Tina get together you just can't shut them up. Bradley thinks 'T' should be for talented, but we aren't'.

U is for...Under-age
jon is under age. Sometimes when we all go out together if Jon will get in. He hasn't got long now.

V is for...Voracious
We all got the things we have worked so hard for. But we always have to work hard to get success.

W is for...Worldwide
We would to have Worldwide success. We would love to have success in the U.S.A and Canada.

X is for...X-Rated
We really can't tell you about that!

Y is for...Youth
We're all so young and vibrant and so are our fans. All though there are a few old biddies in there.

Z is for...Zoological
'Cos we all love animals so much. Jon wanted to be a vet if he wasn't a singer. Paul eats like an animal. Not because he eats a lot but the noise he makes.
