A Juris Doctor Graduate of St. John's University School of Law, Queens, New York. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the New York Institute of Technology in 1982 and was awarded the Metropolitan Center Award for outstanding scholarship. His bacculareate degree concentrated on computer science and radio and television production. He also has a post-graduate Diploma in Mass Communications from the University of the West Indies in Mona, Kingston, Jamaica. Balwan R. Singh started working in the legal field in 1991 with the Law Office of Charles Krupin, a negligence firm handling accident cases. In 1995 he started his own law practice and has been representing clients in Accidents, Immigration, Real Estate, and Uncontested Divorces.
