President Bharrat Jagdeo listens attentively to various speakers at the fundraising dinner in Queens New York. He arrived at the reception hall at the Radisson Hotel at about 9 pm straight from a meeting with Guyanese nationals at the Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn and then he left after 2 am to attend another function. This was part of a series of several meetings and functions at which the President was the guest of honor, marking Guyana's 34th. year as an independent nation. His busy schedule had little room for rest. However, he did find the time to share in several photo opportunities as can be seen in the photos in the RadioDemerara.Com's Photo Gallery.
