Units have double beds, cable T.V. with HBO & ESPN, room telephones, laundry facilities on site, individual year round temperature control. Kitchens include microwave ovens.
3 month stays or longer are tax exempt: otherwise applicable taxes apply.
Deposits of $100.00 are required. The deposit is applied to the LAST MONTH OF STAY. Balance due upon check-in by cash or traveler's checks only. NO CREDIT CARDS OR PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED!!
Entrance doors are self locking for security.
Toilet paper, kleenex, trash liners, soap, etc. must be furnished by the guest.
4 week cancellation notice required. A $10.00 serive charge applies. NO REFUND ON CANCELLATIONS UNDER 4 WEEKS.
Small dogs are allowed with their owners. An additional charge of $2.00/per day applies.
Once a week maid service-linens provided by motel.
No charge for local calls, but long distance calls billed include service charge.

All winter rentals check out on March 25th.
Monthly rentals begin on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month. Any additional days will be based on daily rate. Monthly rate will not be pro-rated for shorter stays. Exception to 1st day of the month arrival date-October 15-November 14.
