THINGS HAVE CHANGED QUITE A BIT Since the last update of this webpage, I have moved on to another job at Naropa University in Boulder Colorado, where I administrate the Telephone System and the Voice Mail applications as well as create all of the e-mail accounts related to the school. Mike no longer works for Level 3 Communications either, and is currently in betweeen jobs. Most of the pictures on this page have been removed for the time being, but I hope to re-arrange this page with a lot of newer photos. My e-mail address has been updated on the link below, so if you've been trying to reach me for a long time - now you can!
California - The GOLDEN State. - Mike & I lived first in Orange and then in Placer county, and we both attended Fullerton College. We bought our first house in Yorba Linda, just a few blocks north of the Richard Nixon Birthplace and Library. Not long after we moved away, Nixon came back to Yorba Linda to stay, about 100 feet or so west of where he was born. We moved from Orange County in 1992 to Roseville, in Placer County, northeast of Sacramento. Wonderful area, but pretty hot in the summer!
Washington - The decision to relocate to Vancouver Washington was a difficult one, but once we got there, we learned to love it. It does rain quite a bit there, but we never missed the heat of the Sacramento Valley. The Columbia River and Gorge, the city of Portland, and the ever-present Mt. Hood make for beautiful scenery. The Mt. Saint Helens Volcano, Mt. Rainier, and Olympic National Park, make it a destination not to be missed. It truly is the "Emerald State".
