Mary turned out not only to be an excellent host, but with the help of her sister she became a superb tour guide too. The two of them drove Dan and I all around the Nth East coast of Nrthrn Ireland and showed us places that we would never have seen other wise...what a top chick! On the right is one of the many castles to be found in Ireland (Dunluce Castle). Its set right on the edge of the cliffs and unfortuantely due to the time of year we were there we weren't allowed any closer as it wasn't open to the public for another month. |

Our next stop on our drive was the Giants Causeway, but along the way I couldn't help but take but take a picture of the magnificent coast line, its really easy to see why everyone who comes to this island loves it so much...its beautiful. The Giants Causeway is this wierd rock formation where hexagonal columns of rock have naturall formed of the years. It looks really cool....so cool that I had to get a picture standing infront of it (even if it is a bad photo!) |
