Venice
Italy....mmm...the land of Pizza
I can safely say that the only thing that didn't rule about Venice was the weather when we first got there. It was pissing down like you wouldn't believe, but we weren't going to let that stop us so we caught the bus from our hotel room back to central Venice to make the most of a rainy day.
When we got there is was so rainy and miserable that not only were we forced to by cheapy-tourist unbrellas, but there were bugger all other people out that day. Which worked out brilliantly for us because after putting up with the rain for a couple of hours, the clouds parted and the sun came out and thats when we really got to experience the magic of Venice.

Venice was such a wicked place, I have heard people put it down because it is always swamped with tourists, and by the end of the day it was completely packed....but for a few hours we got to walk around the streets of Venice without bumping into other tourists....it was great.
