Pair of bike tyres. Here's Rebecca's verdict on how they performed over the three-month European leg.

Rob's rear tyre lasted about 3000 miles of heavily laden road and occasional off-road use before needing replacement. The Contis coped with tarmac, gravel, and the cobbles and rough tracks and road surfaces of the former East Germany.
I tried them during our London to Athens venture and they were my first choice for this trip and the tyres I use for commuting, too.
Verdict:
We trust them but always make sure we take spares on our expeditions.
