| Getting together at the local pub is a favorite pastime for my friends and I. Here we are at the Shamrock Hotel in Numurkah, Victoria. From L to R: Jenny, Rammy, Tommo, John, and me. Then there is Pammy and me again. These people are the salt of the earth and should you ever be so lucky as to travel into Numurkah, stop in, have a Bundy & Coke, tell them Kathy from the states sent you. You'll feel as if you've come home too! |

| While you're at the pub, say hello to the publican, Barry. Shown here with his wife Sandra. If you visit one of the many wonderful fishing spots you're apt to see these two (Frank & John) fishing there too. I went fishing with them, Barry, and Rammy one fine day. Got a slew of Murray Crays that day and had my fill of great company and wonderful food. I had more fun than should be legal! |

is the Shamrock, the local pub. If you look closely, you'll see Barry out front waving to
me as I leave to go back to Melbourne. A sad time for me. The city is nice, but
Numurkah and Katunga are home!

While the guys are out elsewhere, Jenny and I decided to take the boat out and do a little fishing on our own. Not caught on film, me falling in the frigid waters of the Murray. I had a wonderful week camping with my friends at Suttons Beach. Beautiful spot, just made for camping and fishing. |
