This is a traditional style living room in a rural home. It has a Tatami mat floor, and futon for guests to sleep in. In one corner is an alcove containing an Ikebana flower arrangement and hanging scroll. On the right is the family Shrine to their ancestors. There are sliding doors to corridors on 3 sides.
