THE ONE

The One who lived

The One who loved

The One whose spirit

Is living above.

The One who suffered

The One who died

The One who put it all on the line.

 

He forgave our doubts

He forgave our lies

He forgave the sins

Of our lives

He gave me the courage

And will to fight

 

I promise to love

I promise to serve

I promise to give Him

All he deserves

I promise to praise

I promise with might

To honor Him, Our Lord

The One, Jesus Christ.
