It was one of those gloomy days of September ‘Y2K, if I recall correctly.
“I wandered lonely as a cloud that floats on high o’er vales and hills and all at once I saw a cloud, a li’l beautiful daffodil." … And Abracadabracadoo life changed 360 Degrees.
Met this cute, li’l bubbly lady that called herself Radhika, thru’ the net. She had a mystic aura of optimism and a noticable charm about her. And the greatest part was we gelled like bread with butter – as if we were made for each other. She was a blend of naughty, cherubic, sensitive, volatile, enthusiastic, gutsy and at times lazy.
“She knows when I’m lonesome; she cries when I’m sad,
shes up in the good times; down in the bad”.
The brief but marvelous days of courtship that I had was maybe the best time of my life. Not that I have ceased to enjoy her companionship but those days had an extra air of surprise and expectation about them.
….And then we got married on the 3rd of February ’02 in Srirangam and here we are – she acting as a great wife and tolerating my shade of lunacy.
“and oft when on my couch I lie, in vacant on in pensive mood, she flashes upon the inward eye, which is a bliss of solitude.”
…And we lived happily everafter.....
