One of the things about eating in Malaysia is its plentyness. Another feature is fruit being sold at the side of the street. Usually, people who cross the wild forests of malaysia take the fruit and sell them to travellers on the road. Curious about the smell of Durian fruit? Then Malaysia is the place to go. You will find people on the street cutting the fruit for you. The delicious (?) smell of a durian welcomes you from 2 streets away.

Malaysia is a well-developed country where hi-tech brand names have manufacturing plants, especially around Kuala Lumpur and Penang. There are also a lot of brands that are copied in Malaysia, which the government was trying to fight recently. Ripped copies of watches, clothing, software, DVD's, video CD's and music CD's can easily be found on the market at very low prices. There are even brandnames around that are not ashamed to use the value of other brands. One good example is PENSONIC which, in my opinion, resembles Panasonic a bit too much.
