All hair grows. If your ends are trimmed every six to eight weeks, you will see difference in your hair length. Also, taking into consideration the climate and health WILL also influence hair growth. Food rich in proteins and vitamins are very beneficial.

The Climatic conditions will have an effect on hair growth. Hair grows faster in the summer, but be sure to protect the ends by moisturizing to prevent dryness and breakage. Hair tends to contract in the winter and grows at a slower pace. Keeping it in a bun proves to preserves your ends.
