Give yourself a dayoff to relax and solve some puzzles or talk with the computer.
You must know the computer technology first, after that choose yourself a password to check your mail frequently, don't get too deep in computers and ask yourself this question, some people spend too much time in chatting , or in arabic words they are (kadabeen) by all means.You might get crazy from the keyboard or the mouse after all the time you are spending on computers.
Read some books in arabic or in english to kill the time before sleeping.
Wake-up early to go to work early to save your job better than lying to your boss.
Despite of all what i said i am a male who respect all females and give them all the attention.
It looks weired but, you can drink some coffe here, and if you stayed a long time you can use the bathroom or make a free telephone call.
