Tore was naughty on the way, so Emiko pretended to be hurt by him. So scared that he was quiet the rest of the way home. Tore ran to Aina and said something.

Emiko tried to explain what had happened. I returned the 50 korner and the family card to Aina and told her the story of the free pass. She also had no idea about that.

¡§We will eat dinner late tonight. There are 30 new tourists here. They will eat dinner before they go to Nordkap. Would you mind eating late?¡¨

I understood that Aina had invited us to eat dinner with her family. It was free for us. | paid all the bills to Aina without the dinner charge that afternoon.

¡§We will be please to wait.¡¨ I replied.

There was nothing to do at the small fishing village. I took a walk with Emiko. Michelle might have been in her room.

May went to Tore¡¦s home. Tore was not Aina¡¦s son. He lived next door to Aina¡¦s. Tore was smart and the most handsome of the boys.

¡§The children knew we rode their bikes this afternoon.¡¨ May said.

We were very hungry, but Aina was still preparing our dinner.

May helped Mega to learn how to ride a bike.                                                                       Mega   / May

Mega had a good will to learn riding.

May ran and supported his bike to keep the balance.

They came and went in front of Aina¡¦s house.

After ten times, Mega was able to ride his bike by himself.

When the children ran to tell Aina¡¦s this news, Aina stood at the balcony with a smile staring at Mega¡¦s first bide ride.

When we were invited to have dinner, we were famished.

The main course was fresh fishes with special sauce. It was very delicious.

The fish had been cooked by only in salt water to keep the original taste.

Michelle tried to cook fish-soup with the remaining water.

We guessed it was delicious before we tasted it.

It was too salty to eat. I thought it would be better to cook fish-soup with fresh fish, ginger and a little rice wine. .

Emiko ate a bowl of salty soup and repeated ¡§I like it.¡¨

Aina told us another Taiwanese family had been there before. The lady had cooked nice fish-soup for Ania¡K.

Chinese cooking is famous throughout the world, isn¡¦t it?

But we soon forget about the salty soup at that time.

It was a wonderful time to stay with Aina¡¦s family.

Grandpa brought more fishes to the kitchen to cook. He wanted us to eat more.

Another girl was in the kitchen. She was an assistant of Aina¡¦s.

I forgot her name, but I still remember her face and smile.

When the dinner was getting over, another bus was coming.

I heard someone speak with Aina outside. They must have been Korean.

A beautiful girl came to our table, saying hello in Chinese.

She was Chinese coming from Taiwan, but she spoke good English and Japanese. She had grown up in U.S.A. and she had been educated in Japan.

A lucky girl was she!

She explained her travel story, she had met another Korean girl on the way. They had become good friends and had traveled to Scandinavia together.

¡§You will love the house and family.¡¨ I said.

¡§The bus driver told us that one bed would cost 100 Kr., but the hostess said one bed was 200 Kr. My friend thought she was being cheated. You know the Korean girl had a budget line. It was too costly to pay 200 Kr. for one bed.¡¨ Girl replied.

I could not tell her about our discount.

This was their first night at Aina¡¦s house, it would not have been fair to Aina.

I only said ¡§Stay here, It will be nice. Where can you go on this cold night on the small island?¡¨ ¡§You can not image how cold I was outside.¡¨

I looked at the girl and her thin clothes.

Michelle started to talk to the girl and tried to help them to negotiate the price with Aina.

Emiko, May and I helped the assistant to clean the cooker and dishes in the kitchen.

Unfortunately, they decided to leave to stay a youth hostel - about 7 k.m. from there. ¡§Why?¡¨ I asked. ¡§No way, my friend still thinks we were cheated by the bus driver. To be honest, I wish I could stay here even though I would have to pay her charge. But I can not let her go by herself, it is too dangerous for a girl alone.¡¨ The girl said with sparkling eyes.

I could not say anything, so we embraced each other, and said ¡§Good bye!¡¨

At least, there was good scenery to accompany them.

I knew the bus driver had no cheated them, he had just told them his own price.

Aina gave the bus drivers a special discount. They are her regular customers. Only the bus driver had forgot the normal price for tourists.

After the next day, we got up early to leave the lovely house.

Another tourist group was eating breakfast in the dining room.

¡§I can not take you to the ferry port now, but I called a taxi to come here to pick you up.¡¨ Aina said and refunded the charges to me.

¡§The taxi is waiting.¡¨ We had to go¡K ¡§Good bye.¡¨ Aina.

We caught the boat just in time, it was named ¡§Lofoten.¡¨

The Lofoten took us away from the Arctic Circle to southern Norway.

There, another journey awaited us.

Maybe I would never return to Nordkapp again in my rest life. But I will keep Aina and her family in my memory forever.

I recommend you to stay at Aina¡¦s house when you visit Nordkapp
